Our water is precious - we try to use as little as is reasonably possible, but are very happy to drink and maintain hygeine standards.
Our heating is adequate but not extravagent, and guests are invited to adjust it for their own comfort, depending on their use of the spaces.
We make as little general waste as possible, and recyle everything our local council will accept.
We respect the property. This means taking care of the building and its contents, and not damaging them. It also means using the building for its intended purpose, and not abusing it.
We are considerate of other peolple using the building. This means not making excessive noise or causing a nuisance. It also means being mindful of the environment and using the building resources wisely.
We do not smoke or vape in the building or its gardens.
